This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with CB AutoTech for automotive parts and accessories.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at cbautotech@icloud.com with your order number.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
2. If the Order Has Already Been Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible as a pre-shipment cancellation.
In that case, for consumer purchases, you may still use your statutory withdrawal right under our Refund and Returns Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off period from delivery and change-of-mind returns.
3. Split Shipments and Partial Cancellation
If an order contains multiple items, some items may ship earlier than others.
- Items not yet dispatched may still be cancelled.
- Items already dispatched cannot be cancelled pre-shipment and must be handled through the returns/withdrawal process where applicable.
4. Custom, Special-Order, or Made-to-Order Parts
Orders for custom, special-order, or made-to-order parts are processed quickly and may not be cancellable once production, sourcing, or allocation has started.
Where cancellation is not possible, we will inform you promptly.
5. Refund Timing for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
